The Teton Earthwork team is proud to announce the start of construction on the third custom home in the exclusive, gated Basin Meadows community in Victor, Idaho.

Every exceptional home begins with a solid foundation, and that starts long before concrete is poured. On this project, our crew is completing the full site preparation process, beginning with precision excavation for the home's footprint, attached garage, and driveway. After carefully stripping and stockpiling unsuitable topsoil, we are replacing it with engineered pit run material to create a stable building platform capable of supporting the home for decades to come.

Each lift of imported material is placed and mechanically compacted to meet project specifications, ensuring proper density and long-term performance. Once the building pad is complete, we install a durable road-base surface for the driveway, providing reliable access for construction traffic while creating the foundation for the finished driveway.
